Shawn was for polite and friendly. But we did not like how the vehicle was delivered and the touch screen was not working and they never told us it was a smoker so all they all they di But we did not like how the vehicle was delivered and the touch screen was not working and they never told us it was a smoker so all they all they did was put air freshener. And so when we took it back to look at the screen we had them detailed it and it still smells. So I don't think we should have to pay to have it professional detailed and my wife and I are not happy about it. We had too take it to Hyundai to get the new screen. And the cabin filter was not change and they didn't fill the washer jug. If that is how they sell vehicles like that need to look into it. And the people who check out the vehicle not doing their job and I'm been honest More

Overall, I’m very happy with the car. The sales team, Dyaa and Antonella, did everything a salesperson should—warm and welcoming from the start. Coming from the hotel business, I understand the importance of great customer service, and they definitely delivered. The only downside was having to walk out to my old car three different times before they agreed to the payment I was asking for—not the end of the world, but definitely unnecessary. The cold and hot drinks in the lobby are a nice touch. I was disappointed, though, that my car didn’t come with window tint for the Florida heat as a standard feature. Dyaa and Antonella deserve a raise for their customer service—you can’t teach that. More

Dyaa is a great salesman, professional and polite. However the vehicle I purchased has spent more time in your service shop then in my driveway. I haven’t owned this car 3 weeks and it’s been back to However the vehicle I purchased has spent more time in your service shop then in my driveway. I haven’t owned this car 3 weeks and it’s been back to the service department 3 that’s THREE times. The first repair we were afforded the use of a loaner vehicle while our vehicle sat in your shop for over a week. Not even a week later it was back in your shop, no loaner provided. A few days later and you guessed it our vehicle is back in your shop and no loaner vehicle provided for me and no updates on my repairs. Now I sit here, without a vehicle, wondering how my wife and I are going to get to work. Just absolutely ridiculous situation, I will never refer any family, friends or enemies for that matter to Brandon Honda. More
