I came to this dealership with a heavy heart. My manual transmission base model Jetta went down hard due to a broken timing belt. With just under 200,000 miles I knew what had to be done. From the Johns in Service to Dylan in financing, this was a truly Amazing experience !! Our salesman, Rad, was more than we could have EVER expected !!! The chill demeanor , no pressure “I know what you’re going through” understating was so comforting !! What a pleasure the VW family is! They’re chill, current, laid back BUT listen to EVERYTHING , not just what THEY want YOU to think they hear. I walked out with Betty White a week later. I’m so happy with her. I held off writing this review until my plates were on, and I’m happy I did!!! Rad, thank you for your service. I will always be thankful for being brought to your desk and all the fun conversations that we had! John Cena…lol. Dylan, maybe one day I’ll have that vintage van. I recently came in with my girlfriend to look at a 2018 Certified Pre Owned VW Tiguan. We had the pleasure of working with Will Rizzo who made the buying process an absolute breeze. The pricing was very fair, there was no haggling involved. My girlfriend and I were in shock over how easy the whole transaction was. Will is a phenomenal salesman, very polite and is extremely knowledgeable about VW cars. He made us feel very confident about our purchase, educated us on the cars features and showed that he really believes in what he sells We inquired about a trade in and received a great offer for it. Once again, there was no haggling involved, just honest pricing, which is very hard to find. I also would like to recognize Dylan in finance for being extremely pleasant to work with, and for being very informative. There was no point during this interaction where we felt pressured or uncomfortable. We drove over 3 hours to purchase this car and it was extremely worth it. I would strongly recommend working with Will and Dylan as they really made the car buying process flawless. More
