Purchased a used car from here; agreed in a price then attempted to upsell me with multiple unnecessary line items including “dealer package” for over 1300 and charge for vin etching of windows $195 Even though it was already done. Basic things like car wash and vacuuming out the inside of the car were not performed when I went to pick up the car. Still waiting to get a copy of the vehicle owners manual which I was promised on the date of purchase. Multiple phone calls go on returned. Spoke to one service manager, Dylan, who put me on hold and then disconnected me. I left a message for him and he never returned the call. If you can find the car you want somewhere else, I would recommend going there. More
