She was the key person who ultimately guided us through the entire process with us driving off the lot, with Bronwyn waving and us in our new Subaru Impreza. We can truthfully say that it was the best auto purchasing experience we have ever had. We feel like we have gained a great new car and a great new friend. Going through the sales process, we met several members of the staff whose efforts helped us complete our transaction with no pressure and with extreme patience. Great dealer and a great product I went in for a normal service and drove away with a new Crosstrek! My lease was short on time on my 2016 Crosstrek so I thought I would have Amy Ande I went in for a normal service and drove away with a new Crosstrek! My lease was short on time on my 2016 Crosstrek so I thought I would have Amy Anderson run the numbers on a new lease whil I waited. When the number came back about the same monthly payment we went for a test drive and I was sold! Thank you again Amy for my second lease on the Crosstrek! I was amazed driving off of the lot by noon in a brand new car! Thank you to all the employees at Bloomington Subaru! You provide a great service! More

Always on time and on estimate I have had two Acura autos services here over the past 4 1/2+ years, and have always been taken care of well. I nearly always wait for my vehicle, and rarely have they gone over the time estimate. If a longer appointment was required, a loaner has always been available with no issue. I higlhy recommend. More

If I could rate zero stars I would for the Finance Dept While discussing the additional service plan with the Finance Manager Dylan Duffy he very clearly mentioned that it included maintenance, and referenc While discussing the additional service plan with the Finance Manager Dylan Duffy he very clearly mentioned that it included maintenance, and referenced how oil changes are a big benefit. Fast forward 6 months, going to get my first oil change to my surprise I learned that it didn't include that. When I emailed to find out why, I was told that I declined that based on the steep discount that he agreed upon and I received. At no time during signing did he insinuate or explain that in us negotiating and discussing the price of the plan, and being offered a lower rate, would somehow mean we "waived" the maintenance plan that included oil changes. The interaction that he created made it feel like a trap. This is in addition to the condescending, snarky response we received when asking for clarification . My husband and I otherwise had a very positive experience at the dealership, however, our interaction with Dylan Duffy left us with a negative impression. We would highly recommend the sales associate, Amy Anderson, that we worked with, and the service department as they were all very friendly, transparent, and put the customer first. I can't say the same for the finance manager. Go there to buy a great car - but come with your own financing! More

Easily worked through many options My husband and I needed to get a new car when I got a new job and carpooling was no longer an option. We started the process with many questions: which of us would get the new car, what car would we get, buying vs leasing, premium package vs base package, etc. Joe was friendly, informative and patient. He communicated his knowledge and understanding of vehicles/financing/our situation very well. He ran multiple scenarios for our budget so we could make an informed decision and weigh all the options against each other. In just a few hours we had all the information we needed to make a good decision for our household, and he won us over in asking what interior would best match our puppy baby. We'll definitely be going back to Joe in a few years to trade in our older car and are happy to refer our friends to him. More
