Nathan already had pricing prepared for the stock number I gave him via text when I arrived for our meeting. He is an up-front, no baloney salesman that treated me like a normal guy through the entire purchasing process. Tony remembered details of our conversation and he ensured every detail that I mentioned was covered in the transaction. Tony even took care of details I had not thought about, such as replacing the FOB batteries, to ensure I had no issues. very helpful and friendly staff I stopped in just to look at a vehicle that I saw on their website. The vehicle was not out on the lot as it was waiting for detailing. Dana went and I stopped in just to look at a vehicle that I saw on their website. The vehicle was not out on the lot as it was waiting for detailing. Dana went and found where the vehicle was and brought it out so I could look at it. He went over everything with me and even got detailed maintenance records to answer some of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. After looking over the vehicle and taking it for me drive (Dana even rode with and explained features on the drive) I decided this was the vehicle for me and proceeded with the purchase. All the rest of the staff was friendly and we were able to get all the paperwork done and me on my way in a timely manner. This was a great buying experience and I am very happy with my purchase. I was at a different dealership earlier that day and the experience was a night a day difference. There was even a minor issue with the vehicle that they went out of their way to make sure was taken car of before I left. I am grateful to their service personnel as well for being professional and efficient. I am very glad I stopped in. More
