Upon check-in the guy at the service desk exp team, and my first 15k mile maintenance and oil change on my Mazda. Everyone I spoke with was friendly. Upon check-in the guy at the service desk explained where to drop off my car for next time, and what to expect from my visit. I was in and out in just under an hour. I received a video of the tech inspecting the car and each part. The only thing that needed changing was the oil. They already had my prepaid maintenance plan information on file, so no payment needed at the visit. I was impressed. More
