I thought the repair service people were friendly throughout the process. They explained everything detail and had great communication with me while my vehicle was there. My only reason for a 4 star rating is the cost of the diagnosis of the problem. It seems they can reduce the price of that given there is a high chance the customer will be completing and paying for the work or at least offer a price reduction in the diagnosis if the customer chooses that service center to complete the repair.
