I'm usually very hesitant to take a car to a dealership for service, but we decided to do so with our new-to-us 2020 CX-5. It turned out to be a very positive experience indeed. We had an oil change and for service, but we decided to do so with our new-to-us 2020 CX-5. It turned out to be a very positive experience indeed. We had an oil change and tire rotation, and it came to about half what we had guessed going in. They also cleaned up the car on the inside. Excellent service, and looking forward to having them do it again. I had also made arrangements to speak with a salesman about a test drive in a Mazda 3, which I'm very impressed with. More
