I think the work they do is good but not the wait! ! I had an 11:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was waiting for my car at 1:00 they said, they hadn’t looked at it yet; maybe and 4 ! I had an 11:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. So why have an appointment if after 2 hours no one even looked at it. A lot of other people waiting where have the same issues. More

I brought my car in for a recall repair on August 11th, but the dealership did not provide me with a rental until August 15th. During that time, I lost a full week of work because I had no transportation. but the dealership did not provide me with a rental until August 15th. I called multiple times and was told there was no rental available, yet when I finally got one, it was a brand-new car with only 900 miles. While the repair itself was eventually completed, the lack of timely communication and delay in providing a rental caused me unnecessary financial stress. Very disappointing experience. More
