I left with brakes that were metal on metal and was told car was fine a diagnostic test was done on car and I had repair done for damage to wiring not brakes was still not told about brakes check engine lig car was fine a diagnostic test was done on car and I had repair done for damage to wiring not brakes was still not told about brakes check engine light was still on and never checked to see if any additional repairs were needed I went back manager had it rechecked and there was additional repairs to wiring needed I no longer trust the service department left and purchased a new Hyundai ELANTRA in Webster due to trying to make a purchase from sales and was pretty much told my Nissan they had sold me in 2016 really wasn’t worth much as a trade in I went to Hyundai and was treated with respect and they gave me6000 toward a trade in and didn’t try to change numbers to make up for trade in very honest about everything and I told them exactly what was wrong with my Nissan would highly recommend Hyundai in Webster Nissan lost a sale and customer More

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I have purchased many cars and I have never had issues like I did here. My father went up on a Wednesday to look at a car he wanted for work, he gave I have purchased many cars and I have never had issues like I did here. My father went up on a Wednesday to look at a car he wanted for work, he gave a deposit and they asked him if he wanted it that day. He said no I don't need it now, I can come back Monday. We made an appointment for 5pm on Monday, we get there and wait an hour and a half. There is absolutely no reason that we should have waited at all since we were told we had to make an appointment to come up in the first place. After being very frustrated waiting that long, we went to complain and find 3 managers sitting in the office chatting. Only then did they try to apologize for the wait and offered compensation in a gift card for dinner for the trouble which they never sent and when asked about it about a month later, they apologized and said they would mail it out and never did. They then offered to put dealer plates on the vehicle for my father to take home for the night. We then had to go back the next night to sign the paperwork and that ordeal was 45min to an hour long. I have never spent so much time in a dealership buying a car, the whole process is ridiculous and time consuming when it doesn't have to be . If it weren't for needing this specific vehicle I would have never dealt with this run down dealership and their horrible customer service. I tell everyone to stay far away from vision nissan in greece, and this place confirms why I only deal with West Herr dealerships with amazing customer service. More
