You lost a customer for life and I am 60 days from buying a new C8- all because you want to charge me 8 labor hours for a 4 to 5 hour job. You trained your service people to use such lame excuses as: 1) th a new C8- all because you want to charge me 8 labor hours for a 4 to 5 hour job. You trained your service people to use such lame excuses as: 1) the warranty book shows 8 hrs - and yes, the typical time to replace is 3.5 to 5.. but you have to pay 8 anyway. Even though we charge you $220 an hour - you can't pay for only the hours it takes. 2) I remember once we went over the hours and didnt charge more - we have to make that up - i said - that's your business problem and you should have charged that person more - not everyone else! At $220 an hour paying the actual hours should not be "against policy"... good by Ferman and hello Stingray Chevrolet. Sad because Dillan, the service rep is very good at what he does. I feel bad for him having to defend such a crooked policy. Oh yea - "everyone else charges this too, is not a valid reason".. More
