The dealership and my contact in the service department did an excellent job helping me get all of my belongings out of my car. I especially want to recognize Arte who was the service advisor I worked with. He made the entire process easy, smooth, and straightforward from start to finish. He provided excellent customer service, communicated each step clearly, and has a great ability to keep customers calm during what can be a very stressful situation when their vehicle has unexpected problems. He was also able to provide me with a loaner vehicle for three days, or for as long as I needed until my car was repaired, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Overall, I had a great experience. The dealership was honest, efficient, and professional, and I would definitely recommend them. More
