I’ve bought 3 vehicles from them in the last year and half. Each time was without a doubt, the least stressful and easy way of buying a car. Two have been used and one brand new. Even the used vehicles w half. Each time was without a doubt, the least stressful and easy way of buying a car. Two have been used and one brand new. Even the used vehicles were treated as if they were brand new and the inspections they do on them are very detailed. Nothing leaves the lot unless it’s in top notch order. I go out of my way to use their service department any chance I get. Their advisors are eager to assist and troubleshoot. They go as far as to try and eliminate any possibilities even before to check in your vehicle and pay someone to find out it was something simple. If you are in need of a new or used car, or just service on any FoMoCo product, I’d highly recommend this dealer. More

Ford Edge Purchase I just bought a Ford Edge from Hudson Ford. I happened to stop by because I was getting work done on my 2013 Edge. My husband and myself had been ta I just bought a Ford Edge from Hudson Ford. I happened to stop by because I was getting work done on my 2013 Edge. My husband and myself had been talking about a new car since I had over 100,000 miles on my 2013 Edge. I was greeted by a salesperson and she proceeded to show me the 2019 Edge. She made me copies of the window sticker so I could show my husband. The next day I took the car for a drive, loved it, and said we would stop in the next day to purchase. It literally only took us 15-30 minutes to complete the entire purchase! The salesperson took a half hour to an hour to show me the ins and outs of the new vehicle and helped me get everything set up. I would definitely recommend Hudson Ford to anyone. Not only because of this purchase, but the great service we have received with our other two Ford vehicles. More

Frustrated I stopped in one day for an oil change and was turned away as the lift wasn’t working.. I believe that is NOT necessary as for years oil changes have I stopped in one day for an oil change and was turned away as the lift wasn’t working.. I believe that is NOT necessary as for years oil changes have been done without them ! I was there again @4:00 on 10/21/2019 and told they couldn’t get me in before 7:00!!! I said that’s a big problem as I had already been sent away once to which I was told I could wait , but they could not guarantee I could be seen ! I said I’d wait , but there would be a problem if I had to leave without device being done ! At 6:47 my car was taken back and everything was completed . WHAT IS GOING ON ? DO YOU NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE? NO NE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE ! Even a lady that had an appointment waited 3hours to be done! VERY POOR SERVICE!!! And not from the workers !!! From FORD !!!! They are just the workers dealing with FORDS BAD COMPANY MANAGEMENT!!!! If it wasn’t for my warranty, I’d go elsewhere!!!!! More
