I could not be happier with my experience with McLoughlin Chevrolet. Adam, Dave, Dylan and Joe treated me like family. I would not buy a Chevrolet anywhere else and this was my third from this dealership. Chevrolet. Adam, Dave, Dylan and Joe treated me like family. I would not buy a Chevrolet anywhere else and this was my third from this dealership. I live too far away to consistently use the service department, however when I have, they have done a great job for me. Buying cars can be a pain at times, but not here. Everything went very smoothly. Adam did a great job of walking me through the new features on my Tahoe. Dave, as always, did a great job going over the financial side of things and Dylan worked very hard locating and delivering the difficult to find Tahoe I was requesting. More

Not responsive after the sale. Took over a month to recieve new plates they the dealership did not send the paperwork into the registration office untik I called numerous times. My temporary plates were only valid for a short time. Purcahsed a Chevy Bolt with less than 12000 miles. Started having a weird jolt/lagg problem less than 2 weeks after the purchase. Dealership could not find a problem so told me to keep driving the car. Car had to be towed into the dealership after it left me stranded on the side of the highway. They say it is a moto sensor. A week later and still not car. I have called this dealership numerous times and have spoken with different sales managers. They do not return calls or follow up. When I called and talked to Adam regarding the license plates he acted like he didn't know who I was. I understand I purcahsed a used vehicle but I did not expect it to completely breakdown within 2 months of the purcahse. More

I specifically asked the salesperson if the 2017 Bolt (buyback vehicle) had new tires, as Carr Chevy puts new tires on its buybacks - the salesperson said yes and added that the Bolt buybacks get new tir (buyback vehicle) had new tires, as Carr Chevy puts new tires on its buybacks - the salesperson said yes and added that the Bolt buybacks get new tires. Sort story: the tires are 5 years old and one has a major defect that causes vibration (tire out of round as diagnosed by McLoughlin service department). The GM @joekhorasani refuses to replace the 5-year-old tires despite them being represented as NEW. The salesperson denies he said they were new (of course) and the dealership has offered to put new tires on "at cost" - another $500+ - but refuses to do the right thing. Plus, I paid $500 more than the Carr Chevy vehicle to begin with, believing I was dealing with a reputable dealership. More
