purchased a 2025 Hummer Ev truck on Tuesday. I drove from 2 hours away after lengthy texting about me needing the adapters to be able to charge my vehicle at home. I was told on more than one occasion by Alex the salesman that the adapters were in stock and would be part of the deal and they would have them in hand for when I made the trip up there. I get there Tuesday evening and I’m told the parts department locked the adapters up and they cannot access them however they would overnight them to me on Wednesday. This was Alex’s statement, also as I was leaving another man backed Alex up saying yeah sorry about that well overnight them tomorrow. Come Wednesday Alex is not responding to any of my messages asking for a tracking number so I can see when the package will be delivered. Alex was very responsive while he was making the sale. And now nothing……… I called 4 times yesterday for the manager left messages explaining what was going on. No call back. I finally get a call from the parts department. The man stated he was told he needed to call me because I wanted to buy a fast charger adapter. I notified him no it was supposed to be part of the deal as well as a regular one I can charge at home with. He stated the home one is on back order has been for while and I need to buy the other one if I would like to have it shipped to me. So obviously I was lied to when I was told parts locked the adapters up. He then transferred me to the manager again no answer no response. I was sold a $80,000 vehicle under completely false pretenses. I still have yet to get a response from Alex or the manager and am now told it’ll be $470 extra for both adapters as well as the unknown of when I will be able to receive the one I can use at home. Now my only choice is to charge at a public charging spot which is significantly more costly than at home. I’m disappointed in the lack of honesty and the zero response to my requests to have a call back from Alex or the Manager ( the receptionist said she passed my message over personally to Dylan more than one time yesterday). I would have been very satisfied if I wasn’t lied to then ignored and now have to spend extra to be able to drive my vehicle. On top of that. I’ve learned not to buy a vehicle in the dark. I was told by Alex the vehicle looked like a new vehicle no issues. I even asked him to go double check before I made the drive. To later notice when I got home the drivers side window is not tinted like the rest and it’s covered in glue so it’s extremely sticky. I could tell someone tried to wipe it with a towel because it has towel fuzz on it, which I assume was Alex when he went and wiped it down as he said he would. Nothing was said about it to me. And I did not notice this because it was dark and raining when I picked the vehicle up. Maybe the window was an oversight (most likely not ) however The dishonesty and avoidance regarding my adapters is absolutely unacceptable for a “reputable” dealership. More

This was the worst experience ever. Horrible customer care/service. Mistakes made by salespeople and they took zero responsibility. I could not be happier with my experience with McLoughlin Chevrolet. Adam, Dave, Dylan and Joe treated me like family. I would not buy a Chevrolet anywhere else and this was my third from this dealership. Chevrolet. Adam, Dave, Dylan and Joe treated me like family. I would not buy a Chevrolet anywhere else and this was my third from this dealership. I live too far away to consistently use the service department, however when I have, they have done a great job for me. Buying cars can be a pain at times, but not here. Everything went very smoothly. Adam did a great job of walking me through the new features on my Tahoe. Dave, as always, did a great job going over the financial side of things and Dylan worked very hard locating and delivering the difficult to find Tahoe I was requesting. More
