Since this dealership opened, they have really upped their game. The service department now performs at a level commensurate with the level expected from a facility that sells and services high quality their game. The service department now performs at a level commensurate with the level expected from a facility that sells and services high quality automobiles. During my most recent visit I interacted primarily with Michelle, but also had pleasurable and professional interactions with Joyce and Dylan in Service, Tati at the customer service 'bar' and Patrice up front. All were people who shared a caring outgoing supportive experience for me, a helpless customer. Michelle is 6 out of 5 stars. More
