Joyce joined indiGO Auto Group in May 2023 as part of the opening team at Porsche San Francisco. She began her journey as a Porsche hostess and quickly transitioned into the service department, where she served as the loan car coordinator before moving into her current role of service advisor. Joyce brings a deep passion for the Porsche brand and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. She takes pride in helping clients fulfill their dreams and continually strives to grow and exceed expectations in every role she takes on. Outside of work, Joyce enjoys spending time with her family and catching up with friends. A travel enthusiast, she especially cherishes trips back to China to reconnect with loved ones and revisit the places that feel like home.

Since this dealership opened, they have really upped their game. The service department now performs at a level commensurate with the level expected from a facility that sells and services high quality their game. During my most recent visit I interacted primarily with Michelle, but also had pleasurable and professional interactions with Joyce and Dylan in Service, Tati at the customer service 'bar' and Patrice up front. Experience has not been on par with other Porsche dealers around the area. I usually have to followup to check if the car is ready. When i show up to pick up the car I have to wait to get it washed. Then around the area. I usually have to followup to check if the car is ready. When i show up to pick up the car I have to wait to get it washed. Then it is a half-xxx washing job anyway. Interior still dirty and exterior gets a rinse. There isn't a ton of proactive communication unless it is to upsell me on a bunch of maintenance that isn't required. The upsell is very aggressive - they find very minor things wrong with the car and try to convince me to expand the scope of the service. I am in the car biz so I know what is needed and what is fluff. That extra back and forth delays things and wastes my time. I come because it is convenient and close to my house. I generally prefer the service at Porsche Burlingame / RWC. They are faster and more efficient - less xx. More
