He really cared about helping me get approved and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I never felt pressured, and he was always willing to answer my questions. I live in San Antonio but for the last couple of years, I've been purchasing my vehicles at Toyota and North Austin because the attention and service here is excellent. They also provide me with a rental car identical of mine when I need to leave the car at the Dealership for service, since I live far away. They make you feel like a VIP customer. We bought a used vehicle and it had only one key and Dylan told us he’d get us a second key. I’ve been calling and Dylan doesn’t return calls because he obviously got his commission and no longer cares Dylan told us he’d get us a second key. I’ve been calling and Dylan doesn’t return calls because he obviously got his commission and no longer cares to honor his word. I spoke to someone else who stated that if it wasn’t listed in the contract that they are under no obligation to provide a second key. I regret purchasing from this dealership and urge anyone and everyone to avoid this dealership! More
