When we decided to purchase the Pilot, Frank made the process quick, easy, and without the stress that you get from some car dealers. In 2018, I returned to Waldorf Honda to surprise my wife with a new CRV. Again, Frank Carnucci made the purchasing process quick and enjoyable. It was a pleasure having Frank as a salesman. In the purchasing of both vehicles, I was completely satisfied with the price. More

Slow start - Good ending I had a went by Waldorf Honda because I was doing research on a Honda CR-V. Walked around the lot a little and was finally approached by a sale I had a went by Waldorf Honda because I was doing research on a Honda CR-V. Walked around the lot a little and was finally approached by a salesperson. Attempted to test drive one of the models but was test drove, being told that he wanted to explain the safety features. Did finally get to drive the vehicle, like the vehicle, but was a bit turned off by the salesperson. He was distracted and indifferent, he never asked me for any contact information or any other questions. I did more research and narrowed down which vehicle/ trim level I was interested in purchasing. Sent out pricing requests to several dealerships. Waldorf Honda come in with a competitive price, so I thought that I would try them a second time. I had emailed my concerns to the Operations Manger, Mrs. Workman, was and she assured me that my first experience was not normal. Cautiously, I went to check the stock once again. I was introduced to a very pleasant Sales Associate, Dylan. He was a very good salesperson, took the time to show me all of the many features of the Honda CR-V Touring. Dylan was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. During the negotiation phase he listened to my concerns and conveyed them to the management. Negotiations went well and I purchased a new Honda CR-V Touring. Everyone that I encountered on this trip to Waldorf Honda was pleasant and helpful. I assured Mrs. Workman, Operations Manger, that one indifferent salesperson does not a dealership make. The entire team involved in my transaction, Dylan Workman (Sales Associate), Stormy Workman (Operations Manger), & Tyler Manual (Finance) worked to make my buying experience a pleasant experience. More

The manager, Stormy, and our salesman, Dypan, were both so helpful and friendly. We had our 4 month old daughter with us and both of them were MORE than accomadating-holding her, getting her water for her bottle, and playing with her! Lots of the other staff that were there took turns entertaining her or even entertaining and taking care of us while we waited for the car to be cleaned or paperwork to be prepared. The entire team was friendly, hardworking, and helpful. I genuinely had a good time hangingout and felt like every question I asked was thoroughly answered. We were able to find a great car within our REAL budget, and you can too! The car buying experience can be scary and confusing and sometimes you don't feel like you are getting the truth or even a choice. It doesn't have to be that way! Answered all of my questions. Also gave me a very reasonable price for my trade-in. Very nice and friendly staff. Did not pressure me to buy any options. Just showed me a list and that was it. Finished in about 2 hours and drove my new car home. Very happy with my experience. More
