Scheduling was easy but too busy to take me immediately. Waited weeks for appointment, luckily service was not necessarily required asap. But my experience was kind of a weird. After mechanic looked over car I was estimated $2000 for repairs and gave ok. Returned my car but noise still there and stated new noise - not good. ! Called back! Dropped car off Monday- new noise is stated to be a strut. Had new struts put on 16 or so months ago by Mr. Tire. Retired person here so I don’t drive much. How did it break? Told strut is original. How can that be? Worked out with service to do new struts at discount. No call to let me know I wasn’t getting car back because of order being shipped. Tuesday had to call to find out car still waiting on parts! At this point I want to say communication was good but it was always re- active! I had to initiate all update conversations!! I wish service would have been more pro-active with updates. Finally Wednesday Dylan initiated an update still awaiting parts in morning. Updated again early afternoon parts received. Finally received car back after a week of this, again late at closing. Test drive- original noise still there! Service said forgive new parts bill but I felt I couldn’t do that because service was done. I feel all the work that was done was done in good faith. Long story short is the original noise is still there. I am not sure how the strut broke. If Mr. Tire, who said they replaced struts a year and a half ago, ever really replaced them, because your mechanic said he thought they looked original. All around very strange event! I always went to Liberty Ford Parma Heights when warranted but they closed. Dylan was great with his understanding of my frustrations and I hope I did not make him feel uncomfortable in anyway. More

From my call with parts, great service! The guy from parts transferred me over to Dylan on the phone call and by the time I was talking to Dylan, the parts guy had walked over and told him The guy from parts transferred me over to Dylan on the phone call and by the time I was talking to Dylan, the parts guy had walked over and told him that I would be calling in and explained how they would have the parts in by noon for me . Dylan was the excellent! He helped me work with getting right in and having the shuttle escort, my daughter and me back home. Even helped with getting the car seats to the car. Shuttle service was great and reliable. Great experience overall and I enjoyed working with Dylan. More
