Had a problem with transmission shifting properly Dylan found problem recommended repairs a little pricey but offered a discount for my military service and set a appointment when parts would be in made re found problem recommended repairs a little pricey but offered a discount for my military service and set a appointment when parts would be in made repairs shifting properly a few days latter the cover under the car came loose and was dragging under he made a temporary repair ordered some new clips for repairs set up another appointment and repairs made a few days latter I received a call from your billing department the lady that called said they had forgot to take a $50.00 core charge off and sent me a check only a great company does all this and follows though to make sure the customer is truly satisfied I just moved here from South Carolina and you proved yourself to me to be the kind of company that I want to do business with Again thank you very much for your help Also Thank Dylan again the diligent work he to get the job done because of him I will be back good kid on hiring him this shows the commitment your company is committed to all the way up to Mr Ganley More
