Salesman Ed was fantastic. He worked very hard to get both of my deals done. The only part I am disappointed in is the condition of the vehicles when I took delivery. The CRV n He worked very hard to get both of my deals done. The only part I am disappointed in is the condition of the vehicles when I took delivery. The CRV needs the tint on the passenger window redone and had the items from when Honda delivered it still throughout the vehicle. It wasn’t cleaned out. It looks as though they just wiped the dust off the outside and gave it to me. The Accord was roughly the same as far as cleanliness at delivery and the windows were not cleaned at all. More

I opted to purchase my leased Honda. The process as usual took hours. My car was being serviced at the same time, & I expected it to take one 1/2 hours. It took hours longer. I have been purchasing Honda vehicles since the early 2000's and even with all the changes with the computers, websites, programs, it still takes forever to complete a finance transaction. I appreciate Enrique's attention to me during the entire process, he couldn't have been nicer. Your are very lucky to have him on your staff. More
