Being new to the area I decided to give this Dodge dealership a try. I did not have the best experience with my first visit at this dealership. As a AAA member getting my Car towed to this dealership dealership a try. I did not have the best experience with my first visit at this dealership. As a AAA member getting my Car towed to this dealership for repair I was supposed to receive a 10% discount up to $100 that was confirmed by the service advisor before starting the repair process. Once I picked up my car, there was no discount added. Once I asked why my AAA discount wasn’t added I was given a $50 discount instead of the full $100 that was confirmed. Also, the estimated repair cost that was presented to me was $1265.70 but when I went to pick up my car I was told the total was over $1600. With all of that being said, I do not believe I will be using this dealership moving forward. More

My last visit i had an 0800 appt, was 2nd in line at the gate when my sevice advisor opened it.cars flooded around me and got in line ahead of me, all 5 of them did not have an appt. As she told us to be patient she checked in 2 9f them and told me to wait you can forget getting any more business from me even tho the service was fast, rest assured i let her know that was complete xxxxxxxxx! The only good advisor you have is Ron so if he is not running the show you can forget my return, i can go back to hwy 90 More

Didn't take long to get done. No problems since visit. The only thing that's happened(and this was way before the visit) was and still is, is that my Apple Carplay doesn't alway No problems since visit. The only thing that's happened(and this was way before the visit) was and still is, is that my Apple Carplay doesn't always stay connected. Once it decides it doesn't want to connect, I pretty much have to wait until the next time I get in the truck to go somewhere and even then it's not guaranteed to work. But then there are times it will go several days in a row without a problem. More
