Two in one day! This is the 4th & 5th car that I purchased from Homewood Chevrolet. Each time Earl Corney was exceptionally hospitable and patient during the entire process. As a matter of fact, thr purchased from Homewood Chevrolet. Each time Earl Corney was exceptionally hospitable and patient during the entire process. As a matter of fact, throughout my months of stopping in with stupid questions, he was always accessible except when he was fired and rehired..... Nathan Cal and Corey were absolutely wonderful even though I was not being nice when I first checked in. I had had previous situations with another chevy dealership when I had my other car and I was a though I was not being nice when I first checked in. Very disappointed After not being able to reach anyone in the Service department Sat. morning for over 30 min. (between 9:15 & 9:45) , I just drove back from Indiana to After not being able to reach anyone in the Service department Sat. morning for over 30 min. (between 9:15 & 9:45) , I just drove back from Indiana to Homewood. I spoke to Earl, Mike, and then Derek about the indicator light on my dash that would not go off. I asked to leave my car for service, which they probably could not fix until Monday. I asked for a Loaner car because I had to be someplace by 3pm. I have a 2016 Malibu, which I have had for 1 year. They told me they could not give me a loaner until the technician checked it to see if it was under warranty. After waiting 2 hours, they finally told me I could get a loaner. By the time I got to the event, I had missed it, and was out $50. plus hours of waisted time and gas money. I had been a loyal customer there for 14 years, taking my 94 Corvette for service and buying my 2005 Malibu and getting it serviced there for 9 years.I will never buy, lease, or get another car from there again. I will never recommend my friends, family, or coworkers there either. More
