The customer service was excellent. Earl and bruce were very personable and helpful with getting me in the car that I wanted. They worked with me even though I was upside down on by vehicle by several tho very personable and helpful with getting me in the car that I wanted. They worked with me even though I was upside down on by vehicle by several thousand dollars. The bottom line, when I left Koons Tysons GMC, I was happy with my purchase and did not feel swindled, even though my monthly payments are greater than I had originally wanted. And that speaks volumes for a sales person. I did not feel like they were just selling me a car to get it off the lot, but rather because they legitimately wanted me to own it. Great Job! More
