Highly recommended dealership I came into the dealership because my car had a recall on it. I was not looking to purchase a new vehicle. Earnest was persistent in trying to sale me I came into the dealership because my car had a recall on it. I was not looking to purchase a new vehicle. Earnest was persistent in trying to sale me a vehicle. He told me that I was losing money on the car I owned and due to its high mileage, it would soon require maintenance. Unfortunately he was unable to meet my price, so I left. He called me a few times to follow up with me. But I still wasn't in the market for a car. However a few months later, my car broke down. I made sure I came back to see Earnest. He provided me with such excellent customer service, I wanted to work with him. He was absent the day I came back in. If it wasn't for his dedication and persistence I experienced when I initially came in, I probably would've just gone to another dealership. But I made sure he got credit. It was rightfully deserved.
