Was promptly greeted upon pulling up to the service area, and kept informed on all repair situations by Mario from inside (who went out of his way to track down a part needed for the repair), The courtesy dr and kept informed on all repair situations by Mario from inside (who went out of his way to track down a part needed for the repair), The courtesy driver, Ebb was friendly and made the travel from the dealership and back again enjoyable when the full remodel is completed! Most mistreated I have ever been anywhere I’ve gone. Kept my car for over a month without looking at it without communicating with me to the point where I traded in the car for something else and now th Kept my car for over a month without looking at it without communicating with me to the point where I traded in the car for something else and now they’re blowing my phone up to pick it up when I don’t even own it. Anytime I called to check on the car they were disrespectful. I lost money renting a car for a month for nothing. Would never go back here. More

Abel Gomez did a great job as my advisor. The time estimated was for 1.5 Hrs.and it took over 2 hrs. My only concern was that this was just a tire repair and it seems too long for it.
