I will not be bringing my car to this dealership ever again. I spent over $1500 at the dealership within the past month. I took my car in to get some the previous work checked out because I was still ex again. I spent over $1500 at the dealership within the past month. I took my car in to get some the previous work checked out because I was still experiencing issues as well as get an oil change and a headlight replaced. Not only were the previous issues not addressed, the headlight was not replaced. I was also stranded where the shuttle driver dropped me off because my advisor failed to retrieve me in a timely manner and told me the shuttle was no longer running. When I attempted to address this with my advisor, he hung up the phone on me and I was forced to get a ride back to the dealership just to retrieve my car so I could go to work the next day. Not only was I treated in an extremely unacceptable manner by David Goodman, i am still dealing with the issues I attempted to get fixed. It was a complete waste of an off day for me. More
