I am trying to decide if it makes more sense to go 2017 or 2018. Anyway - Ebony Haney was either having a really bad day or she has no idea of the product. I seemed to know more than she did about the vehicle. She could not answer a single question that I had. Bad business model in this day and age. Management at BMW of Darien needs to be aware of how this important part of their business is/is not being handled. More
