He told me it could be 2 to 3 hours because they happened to be very busy yesterday. I said, wow it is usually only about an hour, but I would still wait. He said he would try to expedite it if he could. My car was done in just less then a hour. I would recommend Frontier For to anyone who asked. I did purchase my Fusion from the Ford dealer in San Jose on Hillsdale Ave. DGDG.com. I have never been there for service. Frontier Ford is so much closer to Campbell, where I live. That being said, even if it were further away, I would make them my dealer of choice. Im old enough to remember when It was West Valley Ford, and my dad ordered my mom her first can when she learned to drive. 1967 Ford Country Squire Station Wagon. It was handed down to me in 1976 as my first car, for a while. Thank you for what you do.

No fault of Michael’s but a better checkout service for the customer needs to improve instead of the customer being handed the keys and telling you where your vehicle is parked. Take the time, 3 minutes top to go over the service with the customer by the vehicle. The first time, Michael was not there when I picked up the vehicle. It was another service advisor.
