We had a diagnostics done on our vehicle, all that was done was a code was ran. We were told we needed a new engine. The quote for a new engine was almost 9,000.00. I need more than an educated guess to e done was a code was ran. We were told we needed a new engine. The quote for a new engine was almost 9,000.00. I need more than an educated guess to even think of paying that much money. I think more could have been done to confirm the guess. I still owe 11,000 on the vehicle. More

I don’t like the fact that every time that I take my car there they have a new technician. I used Jim Ellis in Chamblee for many years and I always have the same technician every time I took my car there. Y there they have a new technician. Employees were not wearing PPE. There were shields in place at service mgr’s desks but no PPE for when they stepped away from desk. Used same pens for signature of work orders.
