Further took him an additional 20 minutes to check me out after keys were delivered to his desk. The 3% merchant fee is frustrating, specifically since it's not disclosed until time of checkout. This is a direct violation of merchant rules from the card brands. More

I had an appointment scheduled, but when I arrived at the dealership, there were no other customers waiting—yet I was left standing around while multiple salespeople took their time and seemed in no rush to dealership, there were no other customers waiting—yet I was left standing around while multiple salespeople took their time and seemed in no rush to assist. I waited for about five minutes with no acknowledgment, despite the place being quiet. It felt disorganized and dismissive, especially considering I had booked ahead.
