Ed Delmonte was FABULOUS! Ed made this experience so EASY. Unfortunately, I totaled my previous Jeep so I tasked Ed to find me a similar one because I really liked the model. H Ed made this experience so EASY. Unfortunately, I totaled my previous Jeep so I tasked Ed to find me a similar one because I really liked the model. He found it and worked the price as best as he could pulling all the stops. Ed kept me updated throughout the search and the status of the car arriving at the dealer. If you need a Jeep, see Ed Delmonte! Now, in regards to the showroom, it needs a facelift. Compared to many other dealers on Putnam Avenue, the aesthetics pale in comparison. Service department: this is my third Jeep so I have experienced the service department many times before. I would give that zero to one star. It's terrible. Again compared to all the others in Greenwich is a real disappointment. The attitude and the building condition are just not up to par. Reminds me of why so many people don't buy American cars: staff who just don't care, and decrepit building... Sorry! More
