Happy I was online searching for a Traverse in a specific color and build. I located one at Ray Chevrolet. I checked the request box to verify it was still I was online searching for a Traverse in a specific color and build. I located one at Ray Chevrolet. I checked the request box to verify it was still in inventory. I immediately received a call verifying that it was. The associate arranged an appointment with a sales representative. The associate’s phone demeanor and information reassured me that it was going to be worth my time to drive more than 50 miles to this dealer. I have not purchased a new vehicle in eleven years. Any apprehension I had about the purchase process quickly dissipated after meeting sales representative Ed Dembski. He is knowledgeable about the product, and took his time explaining anything and everything to me. I made the purchase and returned the next day for delivery. Mr. Dembski further familiarized me with the dealership and introduced me to the service manager. He then helped me to understand the many features on the Traverse. Ed Demski showed a lot of pride working for Ray Chevrolet, and it must be for good reason. I will be driving the 50+ miles for servicing. More
