We chatted about what I was looking for and he took the time for me to test drive 3 cars and discuss the differences. He really listened to what I was looking for & stayed in my budget. Everyone at Ray's Chevrolet were all so friendly. It's never a quick process when looking and purchasing a car but I was comfortable. Very friendly and good experience. Ed also continued to keep me informed throughout the process. They also didn't have the vehicle I wanted with a specific option but were able to find it with 24 hours and they continued to call me & they had the vehicle very quickly. We went in looking for a Chevy Tahoe and Ed was there to help us out. Ed is a very cordial person. He is a kind man and very knowledgeable about the cars he has on the lot. He cares about the customers.
