What should especially be noted about Ed is that whether or not he sold you the vehicle, he is there for you. Ironically, our last BMW purchase at West German (now BMW of Fort Washington), due to timing pressures had to be completed while Ed was on vacation and transacted with another sales person. Although Ed did not make this sale, he continues to be there for us. What matters to Ed is that you are a satisfied BMW customer, and will continue to do your service and sales at this dealership.
