They have no female sales associates and I was not comfortable with the honesty of the male associate I worked with. I will be leasing my car from another dealership (at a further distance from my hom comfortable with the honesty of the male associate I worked with. I purchased my 430 convertible a few months ago and love it. Today I was in the dealership so that my grandson could pick up his new 330xi. While I was there I was telling Ben Ammar about some spots on my b it. Today I was in the dealership so that my grandson could pick up his new 330xi. While I was there I was telling Ben Ammar about some spots on my black car. Ben took the time out of his busy day (and he is always busy) to reclean the entire car. That is what I call service above and beyond the normal. I have had contact with Ben previously and his consideration for customers is exceptional. Just got off the phone with JP Dunphy, Ed got me in touch with him to help with my cars Bluetooth issues, the man is by all means a Genius! His ability to diagnose the problem and walk me through the fix ove with him to help with my cars Bluetooth issues, the man is by all means a Genius! His ability to diagnose the problem and walk me through the fix over the phone was second to none. His patience is next to Godliness. I would definitely suggest getting your car from Fort Washington! More

My husband and I had visited 2 other dealerships before deciding to purchase from WG BMW. Everyone here was very friendly and courteous. My salesperson (Ed Fallon) was very knowledgeable and patient. I deciding to purchase from WG BMW. Everyone here was very friendly and courteous. My salesperson (Ed Fallon) was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions but he took his time answering everyone. During our visit to the dealership, one of the managers (Jim Kostack) came over and introduced himself. He was very courteous and polite. He thanked us for choosing to purchase from WG. He really made us feel like our money and time was valued there. We will never buy from any other BMW dealership again! We are WG customers for Life! Thank you Jim and Ed. More

I purchased a used Porsche Macan from this BMW dealer and they treated me just as if I was buying a new car. They were responsive when I asked them to make the car available for viewing. After seeing the c they treated me just as if I was buying a new car. They were responsive when I asked them to make the car available for viewing. After seeing the car I was able to make the purchase quickly with the dealer getting the car detailed and paperwork ready for delivery w/in 3hrs. More
