Chris was attentive to what we wanted even with limited inventory. He was able to get a car from the St Johns location that we liked and brought it to Grand Ledge. It was better than the pics online. Chris was a year ahead of our son in school and our son texted him and said hey my parents need help with a car. We had never met Chris in person before our experience. Before we even met him at dealership he was looking for a car for us from the text alone. He worked hard and we appreciate the amazing customer service. these days the customer service like we got from Chris is rare unfortunately it was nice to be able to buy a car in a difficult time for for the industry as a whole.
