Mike the sales rep was very funny with his stories and his nice personality was awesome! There was a couple of things that we pointed out to Mike before we purchased the car and he told me not to worry about it. Since it was Saturday evening when we went in, the service department had already left and he told me to bring the car back Monday morning to have the car fixed. They really strive to keep customers happy and coming back with their outstanding customer service. Worth the 25-30 minute drive from my house; glad I took a chance going here. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people. Great people to work with. More

My Best New Car Purchase in 40 Years I traveled some distance to Castle Chevrolet North in Elk Grive Village to purchase my new 2017 Chevrolet Impala Premier after being treated well on t I traveled some distance to Castle Chevrolet North in Elk Grive Village to purchase my new 2017 Chevrolet Impala Premier after being treated well on the phone by dealership sales manager Ed Finn. Mr. Finn treated me with respect and worked with me to demonstrate that my new car buying experience would be straight-forward with no games. Ed Finn, and eventually another sales manager. Joe Genna were completely honest with me about my new car purchase and trade-in. They both impressed me with their candor and follow-through. Our salesperson was Damian Dus and he was most professional, courteous and helpful during the delivery process. Raul Quesada, the finance department manager was equally as professional, courteous and willing to answer our questions in an honest and sincere fashion. He never pressured us or attempted to sell us unneeded products or services. We did purchase an extended warranty based on his presentation about same. Lastly, I would like to thank Brennan in internet sales, Mike Rodriguez, the General Manager of sales and Olivia in the Castle Business Development Center for their efforts to earn my business and prove to me that the "Castle Difference" is not just a catchy slogan, but a real work business philosophy that puts the customer experience first and makes purchasing a car from Castle Chevrolet North the enjoyable experience it should be. All three of these individuals are great ambassadors for the Castle Dealership Network. This was, hands down, our best new car purchase experience in 40 years and some 20 new car/truck purchases. Good But Not Great Bought a 2016 Cruze with 0 miles brand new great car, amazing deal only negative is I saw the car at night and didn't have much light to take a look Bought a 2016 Cruze with 0 miles brand new great car, amazing deal only negative is I saw the car at night and didn't have much light to take a look but knowing it was never owned before and it being brand new I would think the car is in excellent condition but I was wrong. Day after I bought the vehicle I saw it in the light and realized my trunk and doors were completely scratched! very disappointing! Now spending over $400 to get the vehicle buffed and touched up to lose all the scratches. More
