My salesman, Mike Pirozoli was quick to say hello and welcome us! Thanked my daughter and I for coming to Castle instead of somewhere else, and when I said there was a reason why we are here instead, he said "I know why...." and went on to explain the exact reason I had for not going "there". All those upcharges and hidden fees! I had already been to three dealerships, and when I landed at Castle, met Mike, and started our interactions I texted my wife and said, "Super Honest. No secret mark ups. One of those rare guys I feel really safe with when buying a car!" Go to Castle and work with Mike if you need a car! I don't think you can possibly regret the decision! More

Cannot say enough praise for this dealership. I have been buying from them for years. I only deal with Mike P. He is one of the finest salesperson on earth. He is great. From start to finish as always SMOOTH NO ISSUES NO HIDDEN COSTS EVERYTHING IS UPFRONT WITH THIS MAN. If I were to move to Fld. I would drive back just to buy from this man and Castle. The only fault he has is a Bears fan but you can't hold that against such a fine outstanding man. Don't waste your time going to other dealerships. Save the headache from buying elsewhere.
