We were greeted by (Ed) who made Joe Rizza dealership is excellent for their courtesy, professionalism and overall exceptable customer service skills. We were greeted by (Ed) who made us feel comfortable and showed us around and guided us through available cars. I must say, Ed is an excellent individual who listened and responded with complete expertise. He is truly an asset to the dealership, made our car buying a stress free experience. Best Car Purchasing Experience I've Had I spent the last 30 days looking for a new vehicle. I researched online, stopped at over 10 dealerships and test drove several vehicles. The buying ex I spent the last 30 days looking for a new vehicle. I researched online, stopped at over 10 dealerships and test drove several vehicles. The buying experience that I had with Ed Gronowski and Anthony Lagiglio at Joe Rizza Acura was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Both Ed and Anthony were very cordial not only to me but also to my wife. Ed was extremely knowledgeable about the Acura line. The 2019 RDX had some changes from the prior year. If was not 100% sure of the answer he told me so and got the answer quickly. Ed also scheduled service to install a new remote start and sought me before and after the service to ensure all was well. The experience with the service department was also spectacular. As I told Ed and Anthony, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Joe Rizza Acura and ask for Ed or Anthony. More

My new car I bought a 2019 TLX A-Spec last week. The dealership was busy, and I had to wait a few hours to take delivery of the car after the deal was agreed, h I bought a 2019 TLX A-Spec last week. The dealership was busy, and I had to wait a few hours to take delivery of the car after the deal was agreed, however, the car was delivered to me beautifully detailed and ready to go. this was my fourth purchase from Joe Rizza Acura, and I will be back again in a few years. Very Pleasant Car Buying experience I have nothing but great things to say about my experience while looking to lease an Acura. From meeting the Internet Sales Manager (Alicia I think he I have nothing but great things to say about my experience while looking to lease an Acura.
