The showroom was clean and welcoming, and I never felt pressured at any point during the process. My salesperson, Ed Jacobs, was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions to make me feel confident in my decision Derrick Anderson, the finance manager, made everything simple and transparent in explaining the warranty and other paperwork. Tyler, in parts, was very patient and helpful with accessories. By the way, if you want to customize the interior of the vehicle, they even have someone who can work with you on that. As usual, McLarty Honda exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, honest, and enjoyable car-buying experience. 60,000 mile service Went in for 60,000 miles service. Ended up needing front brakes and tires as well. Service was done and brakes replaced in a timely fashion. Was given a loaner car while car was being worked on. After my last service disaster encounter (starter had to be replaced and the car was only 3 years old), this experience was more pleasant. Reece Hancock is an AWFUL person to deal with. I didn't buy my last 2 cars from this dealership because of his nasty, condescending attitude. More

One said I could lower my payments a lot and another said they have no idea why I was told that. Very misled and honestly am not sure if I even got the best deal.
