Car is great but different information I absolutely love the car that I left with, but I feel very misled and unclear with my car payments due to the differing information from finance and I absolutely love the car that I left with, but I feel very misled and unclear with my car payments due to the differing information from finance and sales. I felt guilted into getting gap insurance, and was told two different things about changing my payment in a year. One said I could lower my payments a lot and another said they have no idea why I was told that. Very misled and honestly am not sure if I even got the best deal. This was my first buying experience and it truly was not the best first impression. More

Friendly and helpful for the most part I was disappointed that my brand new vehicle had to be put in the shop almost immediately due to the air conditioner not working. And was not happy t I was disappointed that my brand new vehicle had to be put in the shop almost immediately due to the air conditioner not working. And was not happy that I was given a loaner vehicle with only 1/4 tank of gas in it. But I was pleased with the friendly service I received outside of that. More
