Could not have had a better experience! My family has been going to Brian Hoskins for quite some time and we have not been let down. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. not standing behind their work, selling work i dont need I brought my Ford Focus in for a code engine miss on number 2 cyl. Your service department told me a plug wire was off on number 4, then they told me I brought my Ford Focus in for a code engine miss on number 2 cyl. Your service department told me a plug wire was off on number 4, then they told me a list of things they found wrong from brakes to lites to a timing belt. I told them to fix the issues. They charged me over $ 1000 and I thought all is well. A week later engine starts to miss again turning on the check engine lite setting a code miss on number 2 cyl then it went away then it happens again 2 weeks later. So I take it back and they say it needs a coil pack. I told them the car was here before for the same issue and they didn't fix the issue but sold me a bunch of stuff I didn't come in for. Don't they garrantee their work. The service writer gave me attitude and said he only can tell what the issue is right now. I asked how do I know 2 weeks from now the same thing doesn't happen and they sell me some other fix. Don't you garrantee your work-- no answer from the service writer. He tried to sell me a battery even though the battery had not been giving me any trouble even with this artic weather --I told him to fix the issue I brought it in for and nothing else. When I went to pick the car up the battery was dead-- is someone playing games. The bill was 356.00 for a coil pack. I was not happy with the service or the way I was talked to by the service writer. I just wanted you guys to stand behind your work-- big disappointment. I will not be back. New update as of 02/27/15-- I received a call from the general manager, Ed. He had read my review and felt I had not been treated right and wanted to make things right. I was surprised as I was not expecting the dealer to be reading the review I wrote warning others of the way I was treated. Anyway Ed apologized for the way I was treated and told me he wanted to reimburse the labor charge for the second repair installing a new coil pack to solve the number 2 cyl miss I had brought it in for the first time. Thanks Ed, general manager, and Abby in service who took care of the reimbursement. Much happier now. More

Smooth. Bought FORDs in the past, could not work out a deal locally so I took a ride to this dealer. Seen they had what I was looking for and made a deal. Friendly welcoming knowledgeable sales staff,and service department Pat McDevit , was friendly enough to answer some questions I had. Mike Ciarlone and ED Kovatch, helped in the closing. Pleasant, no pressure, friendly buying experience . Michael Ciarlone sat with me to order my 2015 Mustang Gt and helped me through the process of selecting options that I may like. He was familiar with the car and all it's features. It was enjoyable to say the least. Once order was placed to Michigan Michael kept me updated regarding everystep of the build progress through delivery. When it arrived we met and spent as much time as I needed to understand the features and controls these new hi tech Fords have. I am invited back anytime to meet and have any new questions answered. I feel that I made a friend buying my new car. I am thrilled with the Mustang! More

Our Family has purchased cars from this dealership over the last 36 years and they always give us the best deal in the county. This dealership did an excellent job going the extra mile to be friendly and provide outstanding customer service. The day we pickup up the car, Mike Ciarlone was extremely helpful in prepping the car and explaining all the new functions with ease and clarity. Great place to buy from ! Great dealership to buy from. I bought a new Explorer from them and loved the great deal that I received from them, that I went back and bought a Rap Great dealership to buy from. Just a great experience leasing my first new car. Didn't feel pressured at all. Very relaxed experience. Mike took me on the test drive and pulled out three different trucks for me. He even took the time to explain al the new electronics and even helped my sync my phone once we decided on a new f150 XLT. Once I was in the truck and ready to go gave me his card if I had any other questions. Just a great team working at Hoskins. Was the first time at a dealership I wasn't swarmed with salesmen in the parking lot which made the whole experience a good one. Gave me time to make up my mind without someone breathing down my neck! Felt like a family place, and I enjoyed the whole experience. Kudos to Pat in service dept. for recommending I come up, take a look around, and talk to some folks. Would definitely consider going there again in the future! More

The reason I returned was because of the great service and support I received in leasing and servicing my first Escape. Everyone was friendly, knowledgable, honest, and very thorough in explaining the features. Mike Ciarlone, Ed Kovatch, Scot Shandler and Mary Dooley-Smith were professional, personable and went the extra mile in taking care of my wife and I. When my lease on this car is up I'll be back to Hoskins for another one. More
