Recently my 19 year old Toyota failed to operate and was placed in a situation that I "had" to purchase another vehicle. Without a second thought, immediately visited my Ford dealer. My experience with Brian Hoskins Ford was "STELLAR." Not only was I provided with a vehicle while my car was being checked, but, when reality set in that another car was in my future, everyone from service, parts and sales treated me like royalty. Ed Kovatch worked diligently with me in exploring all my options. After making my selection of a 2013 Ford Fusion and being offered several vehicles to test drive, Brian Hoskins Ford allowed me to continue driving the loaner vehicle until my color choices, exterior and interior were arranged. The delivery of my new vehicle was painless, seemless and effortless on my part. When I arrived for pickup, everything was ready. "I's" were dotted and "T's" crossed with no frustration, tension or error. As a customer,I was never asked to wait or be set aside. Full attention to my needs and desires were met. I feel compelled to share my gratitude explaining that every single employee greeted and treated me professionally and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. My experience was wonderful. An extra delight was to witness how well all the employees worked together and seemed very happy to work to be part of the team. I also could not help but notice how clean and orderly the entire dealership was right down to the mechanics shop. I cannot speak for all auto dealers, but, Brian Hoskins Ford shined brightly. This Ford dealership should be the model for auto dealers. I do not anticipate any difficulties with my newly purchased vehicle, and when it does need service, I will happily return to my Ford dealer. It is not often that it is evident to a customer how properly run and efficient a corporation is. My experience instills that all companies and service related professions should "try" to match the excellent experience and service I received. One of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. This was my 16th Ford and I will definitely make the 2 hour trip to buy from these folks again. Up front, Ed knew my needs were complex, and he worked hard to find me a car that would fit my lifestyle and stayed within my budget. I had the pleasure of working with the new Finance Manager, Scott Shandler, and my sales person for the second time, Roger Scheiderman. Both gentlemen seamlessly handled the transaction without a hitch. I have Proudly referred many people to Brian Hoskins Ford and everyone has thanked me. Everyone was extremely responsive and helpful. I had inquired about an Explorer via the web site and both Ed and Mike got back to me immediately. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. The training that was provided to us to use all the features offered in the car was very thorough. Everything was gone over with a fine tooth comb and we came away having a basic understanding of how everything worked. Again, I have never experienced such thorough education of a vehicle and its features with any other dealerships in the past. In the past, I didn't use most of the features in the car I purchased because I never knew how to use them and the owner's manual was so confusing that it didn't help at all. Mike did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating how things worked. I will certainly recommend this dealership to others and I myself will return to purchase another vehicle in the future. More

He went over all the options i had as far as what banks payments u name it and never at anytime did i feel any pressure from anybody!! I filled out the online info that I was interested in a used car they had on their lot and Mike gave me a call with in an hour. I explained what i was look for and that I was on a tight budget, he called m used car they had on their lot and Mike gave me a call with in an hour. I explained what i was look for and that I was on a tight budget, he called me back with info that was very helpful but I let him know that I needed to extend the loan to 60 months, that's when Ed got involved. I received a call Monday morning that they could work with me on that. I went to the site Monday night, looked at and test drove the Durango, then met with Scott and drove it off the lot. Very helpful, friendly and listened to what I was looking for and got everything lined up for me. I will recommend them to my friends and family and concider them first for all my future veichles. Just picked up my new fusion and I love it. The price was great and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions, and Mike answered all of them and made sure I was comfort was great and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.
