It took me several months to decide if I wanted to buy a new car. Ed Kovatch and Michael Ciarlone spent alot of time with my husband and I during our decision making process. I never felt pressure to make a decision before I was ready, and appreciated that they knew it was a big decision. We ultimately decided to buy the vehicle based on the comfort level we felt after walking through the entire process. We live in the same community as the dealership, and have 3 school age boys that attend the local schools there. We were pleased, and appreciated their contributions to the community and their sponsorship of the organizations where my children directly benefit. My daughter just got her driver's license in December and managed to bump into a guardrail after only 6 months of driving. She was fine, the car was not. We started with a used Ford Escape and I decided after this accident that I wanted a bigger car for her to drive, so I focused on the Ford Explorer. I, myself, had purchased several new Explorers in the last twenty years, so I was comfortable with a used one for both reliability and safety, and looks! I went online and checked many different sites, and found a nice looking one at Brian Hoskins Ford in Thorndale, PA. Although I only live ten miles away, I had always gone in a different direction when purchasing my vehicles. Not any more. From the first phone call, to the last follow-up one, I was greeted with kindness, informative conversation and a willingness to accomodate my needs and my price range. No push, no pressure, just a friendly "let's do this" kind of sale which I found both inviting and refreshing. I first spoke with Ed Kovach on the telephone and he held the car until I could get there the following day. I looked at the car, loved it - it was everything they said it would be - and we shook hands and I drove away the following day with a beautiful, well maintained new "used" Ford Explorer for my daughter. Ok, it's really for her to drive, but I leave my Benz in the driveway and sneak hers because I am a Ford girl, bigger the better, and I love the tow hitch for my bike rack and boat trailer. Ed was kind, helpful and just a great guy to talk with and then I met Mike Ciarlone who finished the sale and all the remaining details. Mike made the experience easy, fun and went out of his way to set me up with whatever I needed. He followed up and made sure everything was in place and just as promised! I'm a girl who loves her cars and whether it's a new Explorer or an F150 Platinum (both on my wish list), there is only one place I'd go, and that's right back to Hoskins Ford! My experience with Brian Hoskins Ford was "STELLAR." Not only was I provided with a vehicle while my car was being checked, but, when reality set in that another car was in my future, everyone from service, parts and sales treated me like royalty. Ed Kovatch worked diligently with me in exploring all my options. After making my selection of a 2013 Ford Fusion and being offered several vehicles to test drive, Brian Hoskins Ford allowed me to continue driving the loaner vehicle until my color choices, exterior and interior were arranged. The delivery of my new vehicle was painless, seemless and effortless on my part. When I arrived for pickup, everything was ready. "I's" were dotted and "T's" crossed with no frustration, tension or error. As a customer,I was never asked to wait or be set aside. Full attention to my needs and desires were met. I feel compelled to share my gratitude explaining that every single employee greeted and treated me professionally and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. My experience was wonderful. An extra delight was to witness how well all the employees worked together and seemed very happy to work to be part of the team. I also could not help but notice how clean and orderly the entire dealership was right down to the mechanics shop. I cannot speak for all auto dealers, but, Brian Hoskins Ford shined brightly. This Ford dealership should be the model for auto dealers. I do not anticipate any difficulties with my newly purchased vehicle, and when it does need service, I will happily return to my Ford dealer. It is not often that it is evident to a customer how properly run and efficient a corporation is. My experience instills that all companies and service related professions should "try" to match the excellent experience and service I received.
