Up front, Ed knew my needs were complex, and he worked hard to find me a car that would fit my lifestyle and stayed within my budget. I had the pleasure of working with the new Finance Manager, Scott Shandler, and my sales person for the second time, Roger Scheiderman. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. The training that was provided to us to use all the features offered in the car was very thorough. Everything was gone over with a fine tooth comb and we came away having a basic understanding of how everything worked. Again, I have never experienced such thorough education of a vehicle and its features with any other dealerships in the past. In the past, I didn't use most of the features in the car I purchased because I never knew how to use them and the owner's manual was so confusing that it didn't help at all. Mike did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating how things worked. I will certainly recommend this dealership to others and I myself will return to purchase another vehicle in the future. More

I filled out the online info that I was interested in a used car they had on their lot and Mike gave me a call with in an hour. I explained what i was look for and that I was on a tight budget, he called m used car they had on their lot and Mike gave me a call with in an hour. I explained what i was look for and that I was on a tight budget, he called me back with info that was very helpful but I let him know that I needed to extend the loan to 60 months, that's when Ed got involved. I received a call Monday morning that they could work with me on that. I went to the site Monday night, looked at and test drove the Durango, then met with Scott and drove it off the lot. Very helpful, friendly and listened to what I was looking for and got everything lined up for me. I will recommend them to my friends and family and concider them first for all my future veichles.
