Royal knowingly sold my son a vehicle with a bad compressor. To make matters worse the General Sales Manager refuses to even speak with us about the issue. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They will sell you a broken vehicle, then tell you they would fix the problem after lying about what the problem is. When you try to call them they won't answer, and if y broken vehicle, then tell you they would fix the problem after lying about what the problem is. When you try to call them they won't answer, and if you get lucky enough to speak with someone everything they say week be lies. After a month of not being able to drive the vehicle you think you're purchasing because it's still broken, and you decide you don't want to purchase a broken car anymore, they will keep your down payment and say it's your fault that you purchased a broken vehicle.
