When I came back for the wheel to be repaired, they apologized several times for installing the wrong tire. Rushing to make things right, they installed the correct tire and any extras it needed, free of charge. The wheel was repaired to the point you could never find where it was damaged! They fixed the steering wheel and have it looking brand new. There was a slit in it from what looked like a box cutter (I’m assuming when taking off the tape and packaging vehicles are shipped with), which new. I had to reschedule my appointment two weeks in a row, in which Ziegler was accommodating. They got me a loaner and fixed my wheel, all at no cost to me.
