I had a poor experience with purchasing my latest vehicle from this delearship. This should have been an easy and simple process. I was purchasing the vehicle over the Internet and from out-of-state. I didn't need a test-drive, or to be sold on anything. I just needed them to run the paperwork. This is where things started to go poorly. First, all of the prices you see online are not accurate. They don't include their "required" add-ons and services. When getting the quote I was told it didn't included the required add-ons, the actual quote was $4K higher than what they advertised. It was $1000 for paint protectant-which quickly washes off, $1000 for protective film-this only includes the film on the door edges and under the handles and nothing on the hood, fenders, bumpers, etc., $1000 for a theft deterrent code applied via a sticker to the doors which essentially is insurance and gets you $2500 if your car is stolen and not recovered. And there is also an additional $1000 car alarm which somehow I got out of. Despite these optional (at other dealerships) add-ons being required, which I suspect is illegal, I still moved forward with the car purchase. This is where things really went wrong and I feel I was lied to and taken advantage of. The salesman was not open to any negotiations on the price, which OK that is their right. I asked if in lieu of any discounts could I get all-weather floor mats included? The salesman, Guerillmo checked with his manager Edwin and it was OK'd. They shipped me the car and said they'd order and ship the mats later. This was in January of 2025. Since then, I would check in weekly to see when the mats were arriving and I was led on and ultimately lied to. Every week it was a different story: they are on-back order, they forgot to place the order, they'll be arriving on Friday, I'll check with parts, let me check on that, etc. Every excuse you can think of, and still no mats. I asked for a tracking number, or order receipt... nothing. I called and asked for a manager; twice I left a message and was told someone would get back to me and no one did. I emailed the sales manager Edwin and Ed in finance and asked for their help--no response. Guerillmo continued to lead me on and lie to me about the mats and has recently stopped responding. If they didn't want to include the mats from the beginning, just say you can't do that. Don't lead someone on for 6 months and waste everyone's time. Between the lies about the mats and the questionable required, optional services, and their unwillingness to help with my situation I cannot recommend this dealership at all. They will never get my business again and I suggest you don't trust them with yours either. More

Experience was pretty good overall. Sales person was not much help and didn’t know much about their product. Worst part was my Jeep was missing and A/C vent accessory and was supposed Sales person was not much help and didn’t know much about their product.
