I leased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Sloane in February of 2018. They recently began to contact me, letting me know they were interested in buying me out of my lease early (it was up in May of 2021) to get m 2018. They recently began to contact me, letting me know they were interested in buying me out of my lease early (it was up in May of 2021) to get my truck for their used inventory and put me in a new Tacoma. I love the Tacoma, so I was definitely interested. My experience during the sales process was downright painful, to the point that I got up and left in the middle of the second face to face discussion and just went to another dealer. I knew the numbers, had done my homework, yet it took 4 or 5 back and forth negotiations over several hours to get Sloane to make a reasonable offer. The fact that I was a returning customer and they asked me to come in made it all the more frustrating. At one point, Ed Toto, General Sales Manager told me that taking my truck back was a burden for him, that it made the deal more difficult. Then why send me the email asking for my truck? Del Toyota made me a better offer than Sloane, right out of the gate. They even threw in some accessories (roof rack, tonneau cover) to sweeten the deal. Absolutely painless. My recommendation would be stay away from Sloane, Ken Glovach and Ed Toto. They embody everything bad about buying a car. More

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and received Very poor service. I waited more than 1.5 hours to complete my paperwork for the transaction and It has been 64 days since I purchased the v received Very poor service. My temporary tags have expired. I am concerned that they never received the title of the vehicle that I purchased. I am no longer dealing with my salesperson, now dealing with sales manager Ed Toto. I have left Ed 2 voicemails and sent him 3 emails and he has not responded. It’s been over two weeks since I heard from him. For me, service starts after the sale and the service that I have received is unacceptable. Buyer beware. More
