There's no excuse in the information age, when data is at their fingertips, for being unable to answer or respond to calls in a timely fashion from either individuals or car dealers. The insurance carrier's non-response almost killed the deal. From Kathy: My husband and I discovered Sloane Toyota of Malvern eleven years ago when we leased the first of our three Rav4s.
