There's no excuse in the information age, when data is at their fingertips, for being unable to answer or respond to calls in a timely fashion from either individuals or car dealers. The insurance carrier's non-response almost killed the deal. From Kathy: My husband and I discovered Sloane Toyota of Malvern eleven years ago when we leased the first of our three Rav4s. Over these years, their sales and service departments delivery, inspection, and maintenance of our vehicles consistently met our expectations. Recently, we decided to buy out the lease on our current 2021 Rav4.
